Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the event promoter based on the progress of the event schedule and format. Event adjustments will be announced at the track, on social media, or from customer service. In the event of an event being canceled due to weather or other circumstances, refunds or credits will be issued for the canceled day(s).
If you purchased online with a credit card, you will automatically be issued a prorated refund.
If you paid by cash or credit card on-site at the event, please fill out the form below. The order number on your receipt is required to claim a refund. Refunds will only be issued if submitted within thirty(30) days from the day of cancelation.
